BTM/250/1000/B Single Pillar Wheelie Bin Tipper

This Single Pillar 80 Litre Wheelie Bin Tipper is designed to lift and tip at a discharge height of 1000mm. The Wheelie Bin Tipper is manufactured from Grade 304 stainless steel, is a welded construction throughout and is designed to be bolted to the floor. The lifting is achieved by a ¾” Simplex chain driven by a motor gearbox mounted at the top of the main column. The unguarded Wheelie Bin Tipper is fitted with our unique safety latch which engages automatically in the extremely unlikely event of a lift chain failure.

Wheelie Bin Tipper Electrical Control

This Wheelie Bin Tipper is fitted with an IP65 Stainless Steel Control Panel which is mounted on the main column at a convenient position to give good maintenance access under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulation 1998 (PUWER). The Wheelie Bin Tipper has ‘dead man’s handle’ control such that the ‘Up’ or ‘Down’ pushbutton Wheelie Bin Tipper must be held for the Wheelie Bin Tipper to operate. As soon as the button is released, the Wheelie Bin Tipper will stop. The control buttons were mounted into a push button station with a flying lead to be positioned away from the tipping operation.
